Ravi Janak - Chief Executive Officer & President Ravi Janak, co-founder of the company, has over 20 years of entrepreneurial, management consulting, and line management experience in IT and related industries. As Executive Vice President of a software development company based in Connecticut, he pioneered the establishment of an offshore development center in India and implemented projects for Fortune 500 customers. Ravi has been instrumental in bringing together an extremely talented and dedicated team to form Poseidon Design Systems. Ravi is a graduate of the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT), New Delhi, specializing in International Business and Marketing.
			Suhas Hiwale - Co-Founder & Managing Director - Indian Subsidiary Suhas Hiwale has over 13 years of project management and product delivery experience with management and technical expertise in embedded systems design and development. As the former head of a project team at Hewlett-Packard India, Suhas brings a unique blend of knowledge of core software technologies in an embedded systems environment as well as strong leadership skills. He has a master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur.
